Are you finding it hard to entertain your little ones this summer? Never fear, the answers are here! Today is a day of recommendations, these places are sure to entertain and educate your kids.

1. Chester Zoo, Cheshire

There is over 11,000 animals are housed in 110 acres of gardens. They have some adorable new tiger cubs arrivals and many more! On July 17th, the six south-east Asian islands are open to the public. You can even take a lazy river boat trip! Chester Zoo is sure to make your kids become wild about animals. 

2. Pleasure Beach, Norfolk

This is traditional seaside fun, right next to the resort’s sandy beach, where Twenties wooden roller coaster stands tall and a fairground horse carousel that dates from 1901. They also have dodgems, a swinging pirate ship, and a 70ft sky-drop. If crazy rides are your thing, swing over to Pleasure Beach!

3. Woburn Safari Park, Bedfordshire

If you want to get up close and personal with white rhinos, lions, tigers, buffaloes and giraffes, then this is the place for you! They also provide a daily feeding time programme which includes bears, river hogs, sea lions and lemurs. And if exotic animals aren't for you, Woburn Abbey is right next door! Its beautiful deer park and huge gardens are sure to impress!

4. Dinosaur Adventure Park, Norfolk

If you like Dinos, then this is the place for you. When you follow a wooded trail you can find life-size dinosaurs, including the Tyrannosaurus rex and a  Brontosaurus! The audio equipment provided is used to create prehistoric grunts and roars. And for smaller children there's multiple adventure play areas and a farmyard.

5. Eden Project, Cornwall

Do you have a child genius? Well, the Eden Project will definitely stimulate their minds! Both children and adults can take a walk-through the“biomes”. One of which has a rainforest ecosystem, and the other Mediterranean trees and plants. There is also a rainforest canopy walkway with a nest platform, zip wire, stunning gardens and a great range of educational (but fun) play areas!

Overall, summer should be about family fun time and not being stuck indoors. Get out and about with our tips of places to visit and educate your kids the fun way.
