Challenges
There are two challenges that I would really recommend you do to support the learnings in this lesson.
Challenge 1: Identify your FEARS
Using the downloadable opposite, I want you to identify 15 of your fears / dreams. These are things that scare you. They are what's keeping you here, in the present and stopping you from showing up as the best version of yourself.
Identify them
Write down why you're scared of them
Download the template here (or opposite)
The simple action of identifying your fears and dreams that scare you and saying WHY you're scared of them, is the crucial first step to taking control and moving past them.
Challenge 2: 8 Dreams
I want you to identify the 8 dreams that currently mean the most to you and the one that you are going to focus on achieving first. Use the download (here or opposite) to work out the B's in your roadmap, to work out where you are going.
Don't let the constraints of society or the views of other people hold you back. These dreams are yours.
FYI: NO ONE else will EVER care about your dreams as much as you. So if you don't go after them, then who will?
