Lesson 1 is here 🙌 and we're kicking off with the (unsurprising) lesson of 'Make Your Bed'. Making your bed is such a simple task, yet so many people don't do it.

In this weeks lesson we go through;

✅ why you should make your bed
✅ what making your bed stands for, and
✅ how the act of making your bed indicates your approach to life

Challenge 1: Make Your Bed

Your first challenge is to make your bed, every  single  day  for the next 7 days and to share a photo with me on instagram using the #MakeYourBedChallenge and #MadeMyBed

If you fall off the bandwagon one day and don't make your bed, don't beat yourself up, just get up the next day and go again. When we are building habits we are likely to fall off the bandwagon, time and time and time again BUT it's the getting BACK UP that really matters.

 

Challenge 2: 5 statements

Your second challenge is to complete the 5 statements on the downloadable resource 👉

Now is the time to get clear on what you want to get out of the next 12 weeks. Don't worry if it's hard and don't panic if it's easy - it varies for everyone and this challenge is for YOU, it's not for anyone else.
