Do you adore children? Passionate about quality family time? Full of initiative, positivity and fun? If so then being a Kaya Nanny is for you!
Our Kaya Nannies are the beating heart and soul of Freckles. We only recruit the best of the best and we are here for you every step of the way. We work with you so that you become the best version of yourself. We provide incredible training and are building a team environment in a traditionally isolating industry. Experience and qualifications aren't necessary - it's all about you and your personality.
At Freckles our roles vary from 2 afternoons per week to 40 hours a week and everything in between. We have roles that are perfect for students, creatives, mums and career nannies.
We are never prescriptive to our clients and we are passionate about enabling our parents to spend more quality time with their children.
Our Kaya Nannies combine childcare and housekeeping, as our goal and your goal is to enable our parents to spend more quality time with their children when they get home.
With Freckles you don't need to be super experienced and qualified (although if you are we love that too!) but for us it's all about your personality. Your drive to work with children. Your passion for families. Your understanding of the huge impact you can have on a child's life.
What Support does Freckles Provide?
The Freckles Team and all of the other Kaya Nannies, are here for you every step of the way and as we know that nannying can be really isolating we never want you to feel like you're on your own.
We visit all of our clients, we meet their children, see their home, play with their dog. We love getting to know them so that we have better understanding of the family you're joining and can therefore support you better throughout the adventure!
If you ever have any concerns or questions you can contact us via phone, text or email or you can drop in for a cuppa, a hug and some Dodo sized love.
"We are not a team because we work together. We are a team because we respect, trust & care for each other." - Vala Afshar
p.s. in case you were wondering Kaya is a Native American term that means elder sibling!
