Nannying is a traditionally solo industry, it is also notoriously tricky to transfer in to and at times you are left fending for yourself. This is not the case with Freckles.
Our Kaya Nannies are the beating heart and soul of Freckles. We only recruit the best of the best and we are here for you every step of the way. We work with you so that you become the best version of yourself. We provide exceptional training and are building a community of incredible Kaya Nannies. Experience and qualifications aren't necessary - it's all about you and your personality.

OUr roles
Our service is tailored and bespoke to each and every family, which means our roles vary from 2 afternoons per week to 40 hours a week and everything in between. We have roles that are perfect for students, creatives, mums and career nannies.
We are never prescriptive to our clients and we are passionate about enabling our parents to spend more quality time with their children.
Our Kaya Nannies combine childcare and housekeeping, as our goal and your goal is to enable our parents to spend more quality time with their children when they get home.
Furthermore we personally meet and visit each and every one of our clients as part of the process so that we can really get to know them and are confident that the job you take really is what they say it is.
You
With Freckles you don't need to be super experienced and qualified (although we love it if you are!) but for us it's mainly all about your personality, your drive to work with children, your passion for families and your understanding of the huge impact you can have on a child's life.
Our 3 day residential course is designed to train you and bring you up to speed and we are here for you from the day you join until the day you leave.
What Support does Freckles Provide?
The Freckles Team and all of the other Kaya Nannies, are here for you every step of the way and as we know that nannying can be really isolating we never want you to feel like you're on your own.
We visit all of our clients, we meet their children, see their home, play with their dog. We love getting to know them so that we have better understanding of the family you're joining and can therefore support you better throughout the adventure!
