Lesson 3 | Gratitude & Habits
It's week 3 of the #MakeYourBedChallenge and it's on GRATITUDE & HABITS 🙌
For me, everything starts with gratitude. In my view it is the most important habit and life choice you could make. It is what will carry you through the hard days, weeks, months and seasons.
Every morning, first thing, I do my gratitude practice. Every 👏 single 👏 day 👏. I write a page in my notebook of things I'm grateful for that happened in the past 24 hours. It's a habit that I've built over time and it is so powerful. "When you focus on quote you have you'll always have more than enough." (an Oprah quote for you right there 👊) Even amongst all of *this* you can choose gratitude.

Challenge 1: Your Gratitude Practice
I want you to write down 8 things that you're grateful for every 👏 single 👏 day 👏 for the next week. Spend time thinking about what you're grateful for. Look for the small things. Gratitude fuels joy and joy fuels gratitude.

Challenge 2: Write a Joy List
Write down 15 things, places, actions that bring you joy 😍
Make sure 7 of them are achievable right now as the second part of this challenge is to intentionally bring a piece of joy into your life, every 👏 single 👏 day 👏. It is possible, amongst all of this to find joy!
